The Doom Charts review panel called the self-released debut "KILLER," highlighting that strong hooks, massive riffs, and superb vocals easily make it one of the standout heavy underground releases of the year.

"This albums intentions explode out of the speakers right from the opening bars as you are demanded to boogie, head bang, dance like a loon, sing along and join the trip! The guitars swagger with a warm fuzziness to them, the keyboards swirl & mesmerise, the drums pound & bounce and the vocals soar with great melody as the stories unfold. Druidess have managed to capture all the fun & energy of their live shows on this excellent trip of doom, stoner & psychedelia. Highly recommended. " Gordon Hoggins
